Conveyor belt metal detector

Introduction:GJT-B series conveyor belt metal detector is the latest product in metal detecting field. With stable performance, high detecting sensibility and strong disturbance resisting ability, GJT-B series conveyor belt metal detector is widely used together with belt conveyors for metal detection in thermal power, cement, paper, mining, forestry, environment protection, building materials and other industries.Working principle: When the metal gets into the sensor electromagnetic field, some changing signals are generated, and the metal detector can detect them. Then the metal detector can process the signals with electronic technology and drive the executing device (switches of motor) to stop the belt conveyor so that the operator can pick the harmful metal out manually.

Timing function: The electric relay will be delayed released after actuation, and the time will be between 1~10 seconds.Output control: One pair of the connection points of the electric relay is normally open, while the other pair is normally closed.
